We truly hope you are satisfied with your DEFINE YOURSELF. purchase.
However, if you change your mind for whatever reason we will happily exchange your item for a refund/change size of your purchase as long as it’s returned in original packaging and unworn within 14 days of receiving. Please send an email to info.defineyourself@gmail.com before you send the item and state the order number in the email subject, thank you.
(returns are at the expense of the customer).

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Additional Customs information
Shipments outside of the above mentioned warehouse locations may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
When setting your retail prices or manually editing them, keep in mind that customs agencies often calculate duties/fees based on the declared retail price.
